Every installation of Pliant includes a 7-day, full-featured trial — no account or payment details required. We encourage you to complete the trial before purchasing a license.
Because each license key is individually signed and can be activated immediately and irrevocably, keys that have been activated are not refundable. This is standard for digitally delivered product keys.
If you purchased a key and have not activated it, contact your reseller within 7 days of purchase. Refund handling for unactivated keys is at the reseller's discretion and subject to the marketplace's rules where you bought it.
If a genuine key fails to activate, contact your reseller with proof of purchase — it will be verified and re-issued free of charge.
